Data Analyst - Datacentre experience - London, Hybrid, £38,000 - £42,000

Robert Half are working with a leading Consulting organisation on the recruitment of an Data analyst.

Role responsibilities:

• Analyse, cleanse and manipulate complex datasets from various IT infrastructure sources
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets and configurations
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify trends and patterns within infrastructure data to drive continuous improvement
• Support the maintenance and development of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation of complex datasets
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
• Experience working with Configuration Management systems and CMDBs
• Practical knowledge of Data Centre environments and infrastructure components
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent documentation skills

Desirable Experience:

• Background in IT infrastructure operations or support
• Experience with asset management systems
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycles and management
