This is not your typical finance role - as Finance Manager, you'll be hands-on with live investments, commercial strategy, and deal execution across the business. Key Responsibilities

Lead core finance functions: bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, budgeting, management accounts, and compliance
Support preparation of financial reports for shareholders, auditors, and lenders
Take ownership of financial models for active projects and new investments
Contribute to investment papers and assist in fundraising processes
Work closely with the project delivery team on budget management and cash flow forecasting
Assist in improving internal systems and streamlining financial processes

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA) with around 1-5 years post-qualification experience
Advanced Excel skills with confidence in building and managing financial models
Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Prior exposure to the renewable energy, infrastructure or start-up sectors is advantageous, but not essential
